Politics....bleah
Read just now that Mitt Romney spent $98,000,000 on his campaign. Ninety-eight million. You can buy a mid-sized company for less. You can probably buy a major-league team of some sort. And this is by a guy who dropped out. One man in one party. Almost half that amount, $42,000,000 was his own money.
Next time you wonder what's wrong with politics in America, look at how much candidates spend to get elected and think of other things that could be done with that money.
